Theodora Zourkas (Director) Theodora is an author and advocate for social consciousness and change. She has been working in the corporate world for more than 20 years transforming organizational cultures and enabling people to grow through change. For the last ten years she has also been a coach, speaker, writer and curator of exhibitions about the contribution of women to society and culture. Theodora’s goal is to inspire and enable people and organizations to be the best version of themselves, as that is how we bring light to our world.
Kate Zourkas (Director) Kate is an author, yoga & meditation teacher, mindfulness advocate and management consultant. Kate has worked in the corporate world for 15 years and has been teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness since 2012. Kate is the founder of Yoga Bella and teaches private yoga and meditation classes in Sydney, Australia. Kate is passionate about sharing her learnings with others to inspire positive change in the world. Kate’s goal is to inspire others to look after themselves and she uses mindfulness to achieve this.
