Workshop details Are you currently facing a challenge or significant change in your life? Have you struggled to conquer a challenge from the past? Or do you want to be better prepared for how you approach future challenges? Life can get really tricky and research shows that a key difference between a person who thrives and one who doesn’t is their level of personal resilience. Personal resilience is your ability to 'withstand the storm' and get back up again when you have been knocked down.
From their research and experience Kate and Theodora identified four codes - Accountability (mental), Relationships (emotional), Perseverance (physical), and Authenticity (spiritual), that when used together help you to holistically build your resilience. “We were motivated to write and teach about resilience after we faced our own set of person challenges. Our goal is to share our learnings, tools and techniques so that you can develop resilience and be better placed to overcome life’s obstacles”.
